  • Why isn't there a packing slip in my package?
    We are committed to enhancing women's value and self-confidence, while also actively reducing our impact on the environment. In order to practice our contribution to the natural world, we are happy to use less paper where appropriate. Therefore, after placing your order, we will email you a copy of your order information.
  • Delivery time
    Once your order is shipped, it will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach you. Final delivery of orders will be made by the shipping company. Please note: Orders outside of Asia may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We currently deliver to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Delivery outside of Asia may take up to 4 weeks. We now also offer international shipping to Singapore and Malaysia!   • Shipping Time Arrangement
    The first shipment will be arranged within 7 to 14 working days after confirming the order. Subsequent shipments will be scheduled between the 22nd and 26th of each month.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Dining club, JCB and Discover credit cards.
  • My package hasn't been delivered yet. What should I do?
    Keep track of your order at all times using our order tracking service and follow your package from our location to yours. Most of our packages are delivered within 2-7 business days from the ship date, but some orders may take longer to arrive due to location, weather conditions, shipping volume, etc. Please allow up to 15 days from the ship date for your order to arrive. In most cases, your order will be delivered by a local courier.   • Return Fee Arrangement
    For your first return/exchange, we will pay the return shipping/reshipping costs as appropriate. For each subsequent return/exchange, we will charge a return shipping fee of HK$199 and a re-shipping fee. Please inspect your product after receiving it. If you find any defects or damage to the product, please contact us within no more than 30 days after receiving the product and we will deal with the problem as soon as possible. Any return order or set must include all original quantities of the ordered items. We will be happy to contact you to ensure that your bra gift box is the best fit for you.
  • Can I return the product?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All unopened lingerie boxes can be returned by post within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You can contact our Returns Department (WhatsApp (852) 9364 3646 or email cs@latartebra.com) and we will be happy to assist you in processing your return and finding the right size and style. Please include your name, email, and reason for cancellation.
